What we ask for when you book, what we use it for and how long we keep it.
Who handles your data
Restaurante El Chuletón de Oro SL is the company that handles the booking data of A Fuego Lento. Tax ID B92529312. Registered address: Polígono Diseminado 6, 29602 Marbella (Málaga).
For anything concerning your data: info@afuegolentomarbella.com.
What we keep
Your name, phone number and email address, together with the booking details: restaurant, day, time, number of people and anything you tell us in the allergies and notes boxes. We also keep the IP address the booking was made from and the date you accepted this notice, as proof of consent.
What for
- To manage the booking and have your table ready.
- To send you the confirmation, a reminder the day before and a notice if it is cancelled.
- To contact you by phone or message if there is any problem with your booking.
- To send you news, but only if you have expressly ticked that box.
News and offers
If you ticked the news box when booking —and only then— we keep your name, email address and phone number in the restaurant's customer file so that we can write to you now and then: a special menu, a party, the dates that matter. You can unsubscribe with one click from any of those emails, and we will stop writing without that affecting your booking or your history. That file belongs to each restaurant, is not shared between the group's restaurants and is not passed to anyone else.
How long
Contact details are kept for 24 months from the booking. After that the system deletes them automatically and keeps only the statistics (how many people, which day), which no longer identify anyone.
Who we share it with
No one. The booking system is our own and the data is held on a company server; it is not sold or passed on to third parties. The confirmation email is sent through our email provider, acting solely as a processor for the delivery.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@afuegolentomarbella.com. You can also cancel your booking and your data yourself, from the link we send in the confirmation email. If you believe we have not dealt with you properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses two cookies, both strictly necessary: one so the booking form works securely, and one to remember the language you chose. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why we do not ask you to accept anything.
